Predflow in the UAE

AI agents for Dubai and UAE back-office teams, built and run for you

An AI agent development company for Dubai and the UAE that doesn't hand the work back. We build agents for the work between your ERP, your bank and your inbox (invoices, reconciliations, purchase orders and e-invoicing), then run them every day and own them under a defined SLA. Your team gets the output, not another project.

UAE e-invoicing: businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026

The problem

Right now, your people are the automation layer.

Right now, your people are the automation layer.

Your finance team is still the bridge between your systems

E-invoicing moves the deadline onto finance

E-invoicing moves the deadline onto finance

From 2027, UAE invoices have to leave your ERP as structured data through an Accredited Service Provider. Most ERPs hold supplier, customer and tax data that isn't clean enough to pass validation the first time.

Documents still arrive the old way

Documents still arrive the old way

Supplier invoices, delivery notes and bank statements come in as PDFs, scans and email attachments, so someone keys them in, checks the TRN and VAT, and matches them to a PO by hand.

Reconciliation happens at month-end, not every day

Reconciliation happens at month-end, not every day

Bank lines, payment-gateway payouts and marketplace settlements are matched in spreadsheets, so mismatches turn up weeks after the money moved.

UAE e-invoicing

Your ASP transmits the invoice. We make sure your ERP can produce it, and that what comes back gets processed.

For businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the Emirates, UAE e-invoicing runs on a Peppol-based model: invoices move as structured PINT AE data through Accredited Service Providers (ASPs), with tax data reported to the FTA.

Appointing an ASP is the easy part. The hard part is inside your business: mapping ERP fields to the data dictionary, cleaning master data so invoices pass validation, handling rejections, and processing the structured e-invoices your suppliers start sending you.

That's engineering work, and it's the work Predflow does.

Revenue of AED 50 million or more: appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026. E-invoicing is mandatory from 1 January 2027.

Revenue below AED 50 million: appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027. Mandatory from 1 July 2027.

Government entities (B2G): mandatory from 1 October 2027.

Your ASP

Accredited by the Ministry of Finance to exchange e-invoices

Converts and transmits invoices over the Peppol network

Reports tax data to the FTA

Returns validation errors and rejections

Delivers incoming e-invoices from suppliers

Predflow

Not an ASP. We work alongside the one you appoint

Maps your ERP data to the PINT AE fields your ASP expects

Cleans supplier, customer and tax master data so invoices pass validation

Runs an agent that triages rejections and routes fixes, every day

Matches incoming e-invoices to POs and GRNs and posts them to your ERP

What we run

The AI agents we build and run for UAE finance and operations teams

These are the workflows we build and run for finance and operations teams. For UAE teams we add the local rules: VAT and TRN checks, AED and multi-currency handling, and the e-invoicing data your ASP needs.

Industries

Built for how UAE businesses actually run

We work with finance and operations teams in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, most often in these five sectors.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT STARTS

What the first month looks like for a UAE team

Step 1

Week 1: Workflow mapping. We sit with the people doing the work today, remotely or on-site in Dubai if you prefer, and document what actually happens, including the exceptions nobody wrote down.

Step 2

Weeks 1โ€“2: Access and environment. We connect to your ERP and source systems inside your environment. Your data doesn't move to ours.

Step 3

Weeks 2โ€“4: Build and parallel run. The agent runs alongside your team on live documents until its output matches theirs.

Step 4

Ongoing: Run under SLA. We monitor the agent, handle the exceptions it flags and fix what breaks. Every exception becomes a rule.

Our engineering team works from India, 1.5 hours ahead of the UAE, so we share almost the whole UAE working day.

These agents run today for consumer brands in India and a manufacturer in the US, on SAP, NetSuite and marketplace payouts. For UAE teams we build the same workflows, with VAT, TRN and e-invoicing rules added.

Plum Goodness โ€” invoice-to-GRN in SAP

Personal-care brand ยท India

Supplier invoices were being matched to POs and posted to SAP by hand. The agent now does the matching and posting; the team reviews only the exceptions it flags.

PAC Cosmetics โ€” marketplace settlement reconciliation

Cosmetics brand ยท India

Settlement files from multiple marketplaces reconciled against expected payouts, with discrepancies flagged for review instead of found weeks later.

US manufacturer โ€” purchase orders into NetSuite

Manufacturer ยท Michigan, US

Purchase orders were being keyed into NetSuite by hand. The agent now reads each PO and enters it in NetSuite; the team handles only the exceptions it flags.

Most AI companies in Dubai build it and hand it back

Most AI companies and AI automation agencies in the UAE scope a project, build a chatbot or an app, and exit. Back-office agents fail later: on the edge cases, the exceptions and the month the supplier changes their invoice format. That's where we work.
